Do you provide secure seats for children or babies?
Of course, we have devices for babies and children under 10 years old, at no additional cost, as established in Costa Rican legislation. It is very important that you specify this requirement in the reservation options.
How can I change or cancel a reservation?

Do I have to print the confirmation for my reservation?
It is not required, our driver will arrive at your pick-up place, as indicated in your confirmation.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, we accept cash to pay out the balance difference. When booking you must cancel a minimum of 20%.
What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
When making a reservation, it is mandatory that you provide us with your flight number. Our reservations department will be very aware of changes in your itinerary. If you could not board on that flight, you need to send us an email at info@takeatripcr.com
Can I change my transfer pick-up time?
Yes, you can change your pick-up time, you need to make to request this change 12 hours prior current pick-up time.

Is it possible to make additional stops on route to destination, does it have any additional cost?
